Ok, this is the last piece of neopets art for awhile, I promise!

This is my pirate lutari Billiot B. Warrick. (No, that is NOT his name on neopets. He has a rather silly name on neo that doesn't fit a pirate whatsoever since I adopted him and couldn't choose his name. So I decided to change it. Muah-hahahah)

Anyway, it was just a quickie picture. I accidentally flattened the image and saved it, so I lost all of my layers and can't go back and tweak things. So Im uploading it like this. I hope to have a lot more art of him! His design is still being worked on. This was just an experiment. Man I love that tail!
